نتوجه إليكم بهذا البيان، سائلين دعمكم في إثبات وجود المجلس القومي للعمال والفلاحين (تحت التأسيس). إن إهدار الحقوق يُعتبر دليلاً على التمييز، وعدم الاستجابة لنداءات المسؤولين لتصحيح مسار العمل النقابي المستقل في مصر يُعد تجسيدًا لطمس هوية الحقوق والعدل والمساواة.
نحن لا نطالب بمطالب فئوية، بل نسعى لتحقيق حقوق مشروعة وفق نصوص الدستور المصري لعام 2014 وتعديلاته في 2016، بما يتماشى مع مبادئ منظمة العمل الدولية التي تضمن تحقيق العدالة وعدم التمييز.
لذا، نؤكد على التزامنا بتعزيز حق تشكيل العمل النقابي المستقل وفق المعاهدات والمواثيق الدولية. سنواصل جهودنا في إطار التأسيس، بما يتماشى مع القوانين المحلية والدولية، حتى يتم تعديل قانون التنظيمات النقابية رقم 213 لسنة 2017 أو تعليقه لصالح قانون جديد يعزز الديمقراطية ويحقق المساواة بين الأعمال النقابية.
بصفتي القيادي العمالي المستقل محمد عبد المجيد هندي، مؤسس ورئيس المجلس القومي للعمال والفلاحين (تحت التأسيس)، أعلن بدء مزاولة نشاط المجلس ككيان مستقل، وندعو كل من يشعر بالضرر للجوء إلى القضاء.
كما نناشد كافة الحركات العمالية حول العالم مساندة القيادي العمالي المستقل محمد عبد المجيد هندي في تفعيل نشاط وأهداف المجلس، لتعزيز دور المنظمات العمالية المستقلة في جمهورية مصر العربية.

Announcement of the Establishment of the National Council for Workers and Farmers (Under Establishment): A Call for Support from Global Labor Movements

We address you with this statement, seeking your support in establishing the National Council for Workers and Farmers (under establishment). The neglect of rights is a clear indication of discrimination, and the lack of response to calls from officials to correct the course of independent trade union work in Egypt represents a denial of rights, justice, and equality.
We are not demanding sectoral claims but are striving to achieve legitimate rights as outlined in the Egyptian Constitution of 2014 and its amendments in 2016, in line with the principles of the International Labour Organization that guarantee justice and non-discrimination.
Thus, we emphasize our commitment to enhancing the right to form independent trade unions in accordance with international treaties and conventions. We will continue our efforts within the framework of establishment, in compliance with local and international laws, until the Trade Union Organizations Law No. 213 of 2017 is amended or suspended in favor of a new law that upholds democracy and ensures equality among trade unions.
As an independent labor leader, Mohamed Abdelmageed Hindi, founder and president of the National Council for Workers and Farmers (under establishment), I announce the commencement of the council’s activities as an independent entity, and we invite those who feel aggrieved to seek judicial recourse.
We also appeal to all global labor movements to support independent labor leader Mohamed Abdelmageed Hindi in activating the council’s activities and goals, to strengthen the role of independent labor organizations in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
